How bloodwork tracking works
Every panel you add is charted here. Your first draw becomes your baseline, and each new draw after it is plotted forward so you can see what’s changing. Adding a report takes about two minutes.
- Add the report. Go to Labs & documents → Add bloodwork you already have. Enter the collection date (the day your blood was drawn), then choose your PDF or a photo of each page.
- We read and save it. The numbers are pulled out of your report and saved to your record automatically — usually within a minute. You can leave the page while it works.
- See it here. You’re brought straight to this page. Each marker shows where it sits in the normal range; after your second draw, tap Trend on any marker to see it over time.
- Something look off? Compare with your report. If a number came out wrong, Delete that report on Labs & documents — its results go with it — and upload it again.

your results.

for a picture of each page. Lay the page flat in good light so every number is sharp.
Tips: use the date the blood was drawn, not the date the report arrived — that’s what lines your draws up. Several photos of one report? Upload each page with the same collection date. Using the same lab each time keeps markers matched from draw to draw.

At-home lab testing
At-home blood draw — as low as $79 — a licensed phlebotomist comes
to you! Your Veritide Health Clinician orders the appropriate panel, and the
phlebotomist blood-draw is arranged on your scheduling terms from the convenience of
your home or office. The results are uploaded into your Veritide Portal, and then
charted and compared to previous results. Cost and conditions can vary based on your
insurance plan and deductible.
