At-home lab testing

At-home blood draw — as low as $79 — a licensed phlebotomist comes to you! Your Veritide Health Clinician orders the appropriate panel, and the phlebotomist blood-draw is arranged on your scheduling terms from the convenience of your home or office. The results are uploaded into your Veritide Portal, and then charted and compared to previous results. Cost and conditions can vary based on your insurance plan and deductible.
